Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your unused/new items for a prompt refund or exchange less a 30% restocking fee and outbound postage actual costs* (*if your order was shipped free based on total order amount, outbound postage cost will be deducted from the return). All returns must be in original packaging and in unused condition. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type less restocking fee. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase less restocking fee. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. For international orders please contact Pawsofhonor.org for delivery and shipping options. All instock items ship within 2 business days. You will be notified immediately if your order will experience a delay. Pawsofhonor.org shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. If your product cannot be shipped to international destinations due to regulations please Contact Us discuss international ordering options and delivery requirements.
If your shipping charges at checkout do not look correct, please call: 703-403-8281 and we can double check the shipping charges for accuracy. Occasionally an order will show excessive shipping charges due to delivery address or order weight (high or low). We are happy to review any order for accuracy and adjust shipping when needed.
For international & Canadian orders, we will adjust to actual cost and provide a discount code for future purchases if shipping overages occur. Pawsofhonor.org attempts to keep all shipping charges at cost.
